User Data Deletion
This page describes how to request deletion of any data Empire Operations may hold about you. We provide this page in compliance with the platform requirements of TikTok, Meta (Instagram, Facebook), Google (YouTube), and applicable data-protection laws.
What data we hold
Empire Operations is a publisher of educational and informational short-video content. We do not require viewers to create an account, and we do not collect personal information from viewers in the ordinary course of operating our channels. In practice, the only viewer-related data we may have are:
- any message, comment, or direct message you have voluntarily sent to one of our accounts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or by e-mail; and
- aggregate click counts associated with our affiliate shortlinks at
empire-ops.com/r/{shortcode}. These counts are not tied to any identifier that can be traced back to you.
What is held by third parties
Most data about you that is associated with our content is held by the platform you use to view that content (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). If you want to delete your data from one of those platforms, you must use the deletion tools provided by the platform itself:

- Google (YouTube) — support.google.com/youtube/answer/55759
We have no ability to delete data held by those platforms on your behalf.
How to request deletion of data held by us
To request deletion of any data we hold about you, send an e-mail to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- the platform handle, e-mail address, or other identifier under which you contacted us or interacted with us;
- a brief description of the data you want deleted (for example: "the direct messages I sent on Instagram on 2026-05-01"); and
- confirmation that you are the person to whom the data relates, or are authorised to act on their behalf.
How quickly we respond
We acknowledge data-deletion requests within seven (7) calendar days and complete deletion within thirty (30) calendar days, unless we need additional information to identify the data or are required to retain the data to comply with a legal obligation. In that case we will inform you of the reason in writing.
What happens after deletion
Once a deletion request is completed:
- messages and other communications you sent to us are removed from our mailboxes and any backups containing them are overwritten within their normal rotation cycle;
- aggregate click counts remain in place because they are not associated with any user identifier.

There is no cost to request data deletion.
